Telecom network design, engineering, and implementation.

  • We design Telecom networks, informed by a thorough grasp of client needs, equipment capabilities, and budget constraints.

  • We collaborate with the client throughout the design and engineering phases to guarantee that every element of the network, from proof of concept to final engineering design, aligns with the client’s needs, using the most advanced equipment and systems available.

  • After finalizing the design, procurement moves forward with reputable industry leaders to acquire the necessary equipment.

  • Before deployment, all equipment and systems undergo testing in the DG Capitel laboratory to verify proper functionality. Settings and features are configured according to the specific requirements for their use in the network. Often, entire networks are set up in the laboratory for "factory testing" witnessed by the customer.

  • Once equipment and systems are prepared for implementation, we arrange and mobilize trained teams to carry out the construction, installation, and commissioning of the systems.

  • An experienced project manager oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, including commissioning and handover to the client. They consider all variables, risks, and circumstances to ensure the project progresses according to schedule. The project manager maintains proactive communication with all stakeholders and project teams to coordinate activities and keep the client's management team informed.

  • Projects will be formally closed once all as-built documentation and other essential paperwork have been finalized and approved by the client.

After-sales service

We offer our clients comprehensive repair and return logistics services including return management authorization processing.

  • Clients need only to contact us for an RMA control number and send the failed unit to our laboratory (contact details shown on the contact page).

  • Once we receive the failed unit, we will test it in our laboratory. Should we find it operational and without fault, we will document the fact and return it to the client.

  • Should the unit be found to be failed and require manufacturer repair, we will coordinate and manage the repair with the manufacturer and send the unit to the manufacturer.

  • Once the unit has been returned to our laboratory, we will test the unit to confirm the repair prior to returning it to the client.

  • During the R and R process from start to finish, we will maintain communications with the client so they know the current status of their returned unit.

Advance Replacement Process:

In critical situations , a failure of a telecom device might cause a partial or total failure of the network. In these situations, we offer our customers an advance replacement process.

  • In a situation where the failure has resulted in a partial or total network failure, the client will contact our office and request an immediate advance replacement part.

  • Once we are notified of the situation, we will dispatch a replacement unit immediately via the shortest possible means available.

  • Once the replacement has been installed and the network has been returned to normal operation, the client will send the failed unit to our offices using the normal RMA management process.

  • Once the failed unit has been repaired and returned to the client, they will place the repaired unit back into operation and return the advance replacement unit previously sent to them.

  • Should we not have a stock of the critical unit that has failed, we will initiate an advance replacement process with the manufacturer. Once the advance replacement unit is available in our offices, it will immediately be sent to the client to replace the failed unit.

Remote network management

  • We collaborate with the client to create a "service level agreement" tailored to meet the technical and managerial requirements of their network. These agreements outline our approach to managing network events, our communication and cooperation with client maintenance personnel for resolving issues, and our reporting on event analysis, performance data, and recommendations for enhancing network performance and reliability.

  • We provide round-the-clock monitoring of the client's network from a secure remote location, ensuring secure access to network controls and alarms.

  • If a network abnormality is detected, we will promptly alert the client, propose a straightforward resolution, and collaborate with the client’s maintenance personnel to resolve the issue.

  • All network activities are recorded and securely stored in a database for analysis and reporting purposes.

  • We provide immediate action reports, after-the-fact analysis reports, and historical reports to the client as needed. These reports highlight the causes of failures, weak network elements, points of failure, and recommendations for enhancing the network's resilience to failures and overall performance.

Resource mobilization

  • We organize, coordinate, and deploy specialized teams for scheduled maintenance, repairs, and network upgrades.

  • During emergencies, such as accidents, major network failures, or natural disasters, we rapidly deploy experts and resources. This allows us to promptly restore communication channels and ensure operational continuity.

  • For the construction of towers, shelters, and related infrastructure, we mobilize and oversee teams of qualified contractors dedicated to these critical telecom projects. This ensures precision and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management

  • Every project undertaken by DGC Capitel is assigned to an experienced in-house project manager who remains with the project for its entire lifecycle, from inception to closure.

  • Risks will be identified, prioritized, and detailed methods of handling them will be outlined. A comprehensive project execution plan and timeline (Gantt chart) will be developed to define the project parameters, work sequence, and the time required to complete each project activity.

  • A kickoff meeting will be conducted at the start of the project, followed by regular update meetings to keep project stakeholders informed of the project's progress.

  • Potential delays are promptly reported and addressed to minimize or eliminate any impact on the project timeline. The performance of all parties involved in the project is analyzed to enhance performance and ensure timely project completion.

  • Projects are concluded when all tasks have been finished, documented, and approved by the client and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with the project's outcome.
